Word counts, SEO scores, and related outputs are provided for convenience only. They are not legal, academic, medical, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important counts and recommendations with your own standards (schools, publishers, platforms, or advisors).
4. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for text you paste into tools and for how you use exported reports or templates. Do not use Rockstick to violate laws, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, spam, or abuse advertising systems (including Google AdSense policies).
5. Accounts
If you create an account for template or site features, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use account features tied to AdSense-related publishing policies where applicable.
6. Templates and downloads
Templates are provided “as is.” Review included license notes before commercial use. You are responsible for securing your deployed sites, payments, and compliance with laws (including privacy and cookie rules) when you publish a site based on our templates.
7. Advertising

Rockstick branding, original site copy, and our tool UI are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy the Rockstick site wholesale or misrepresent it as your own product.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that counts will match any third-party system.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockstick and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD $0 for free use, or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockstick from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your content, or your published sites built from our templates.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
